More Fabrials Homebrew

As someone who wants to play an Artifabrian, I thank you for your service.

Many of these seem really interesting, especially the Spanfork being the Fabrial equivalent of a phone compared to the fax machine that is a Spanreed.

Fabrial tensioner: when applied to a crossbow makes it a light weapon and loses loaded 1, 3 Charges. 
Spend an action and 1 charge to activate the fabrial for the entire scene. 
drawback:Inefficent.
