Blue was almost out of the storm. When she was low enough, she'd be able to just kinda, uh, fall out of the storm of something? Well, what else was she supposed to do!?

She ducked below the clouds; she could see. Which is good. But it was raining Ice, so...

The ice pelted  Blue's wings. It hurt. Wasn't ice supposed to be soft like a rabbit? Or had those big dragons lied to her? Hmph!  Once she was out of this storm she'd go deal with that! But right now, with the freedom of the un-stormed bits of land in front of her, she  had to keep on going lower.
