Spren and Gemstones

Looking at the Cosmere RPG there's mention the certain Spren need certain gemstones and before I start looking through books I wanted to know if there was a list of any kind I was missing?

I don't think there's a list. But I think this is primarily about game mechanics, a way of requiring artifabrians to use the special gemstones they can only get as rewards.

I agree. It seems mainly like a game mechanic. It's not some specific mapping like "flamespren can only go into Rubies that are X size or larger".

It's more that you can't put a spren into just any gem you have lying around. It needs to be a Special^TM gem that was specifically crafted by an Artifabrian for this specific purpose.

The intent is probably to limit Artifabrian players from mass producing a game breaking amount of fabrials.
