Soulcaster Path Hombrew

I'm loving the Cosmere RPG, but was a bit disappointed it didn't have anything for playing a soulcaster. I was hoping for a whole path similar to the shardbearer, but no dice unfortunately. But that just led me to building my own, and I figured I'd post it here.

This is very cool! I was also hoping for some more Soulcaster content since [spoilers for the Bridge Nine adventure]:

It's pretty likely your party winds up with a Soulcaster in their possession at the end of the Bridge Nine adventure.

 And, while the Handbook contains details on how to use a Soulcaster, it doesn't include any of the negative side-effects that we see in the books. It also suggests giving non-Radiant players access to the Transformation Surge tree; which doesn't feel right to me.

Well, the Artifabrian path of the scholar allows you to handle soulcasters (i think).
