The guard leveled his weapon and fired.

Vire ducked, dodging the bullets by a hair. He knew that he was part noble, but he he wasn't an Allomancer.

Allomancy would be real useful, he thought. Instead, he froze the guard again with his device.

"Anyone want this?" he asked, pointing at the larger box he had dropped when the guards approached.

Everyone else had vanished except for the guards.

The guard shot again.

They steered him towards a closed-off section of the station.

He rolls his eyes and follows along, keenly aware of the deep-ware installed in his nervous system.

Oh?

Care to explain? :3

They led him to a brightly-lit area full of holding cells and had him stop by the front desk.

A stern-looking woman eyed him suspiciously.

Stolen from a sci-fi I once read. Bio-technologly that's been imbeded in his DNA, that until it's activated via specfic chemicals is completly inert and undetecable, being a couple random proteins in his blood stream. Until, of course it's activated, and in a rather painfull process, generates deadly electical charges.

She scoffed in disgust and read a file off her computer. It stated that he was $2 billion in debt to Earth's space agency.

Not giving him a change to speak his mind, the officers threw him into a cell while they sorted things out with higher officials.

Oh that's right! He never payed of his gambling debts from last week! Oh well. It's only 2 billion. Pennies in comparison to the lunar banks that store his inheritance. Alas, his mother cut him off from that when she caught him smuggling arms.

He sinks into his mind, looking for a server nearby to connect to the Net

Oh Felix!!! My darling!

A rumble violently shook the station.

Emergency lockdown lights burst to life, illuminating everything with an eerie red glow. They directed the populace towards various designated emergency shelters.

The panicked crowds rushed towards them with no particular care for anyone else's safety.

He looks at the bars, and since he never was searched, he pulls out his laser saw from his pocket. Rather odd that they never searched him. Foolish. Really. He never even made it through security.

Indeed.

In all fairness, he wasn't a wanted criminal. He just had to pay off his debts before he could legally travel anywhere.

At worst, this was only a minor violation of the law.

More's their fault.

"What could be going on?" He says as he saws open the bars, then seals them back shut. Nico looks around for any other people in the prison.

The Starship Bay doors were locked down quite heavily.

She wasn't the only one who'd tried to go there. Guards turned them away.

"I need to get through." She told one of the guards

The one she addressed shook their head.

"Lockdown, miss. No one's getting through until it's lifted."

"I'm not sure. The only reasons a lockdown would be initiated would be if there were a wanted criminal on board, if someone threatened the station, or . . ."
