If for example a Steel ferring or a feruchemist had enough speed stored could he pseudo time travel, because of relativity and would the body of the steelferring get stronger to handle the g of force or the sheer caused of it. And can a ferring move at light speed because an object must have no weight so that an object could travel at light speed, would the ferring become lighter if he or she used their ability.

Steelrunners can experience "bullet time" - but faster than that they die through accidental suicide.

With [Feruchemical] zinc, you get mental speed. How is that any different from [Feruchemical] steel, except without [physical] speed?

Brandon Sanderson

I think of the mental speed actually turning you into... Let's say you sped up your body, and you wanted to figure out some really complex equations.

Alteroden

So it lets you have intuitive leaps.

Brandon Sanderson

Right. It basically turns you into Ken Jennings. That's how I imagine it.

Kurkistan

So it's not like bullet time?

Brandon Sanderson

No... It'll bullet time a little bit, it certainly will, because you're thinking faster than everyone else, but it has applications beyond bullet timing. Bullet time is really--

Kurkistan

That’s steel’s thing?

Brandon Sanderson

That’s kind of steel's thing. They kind of overlap on that one, because the steel thing... But yeah. It's more like "I think fast, but my reaction speed is not sped up".

Questioner (paraphrased)

My friend wants to know how fast steel Compounders could possibly go, can they run up walls or over water like the Flash?

Blightsong (paraphrased)

*jokingly* Can they run through time?

Brandon Sanderson (paraphrased)

Steelrunners can resist a lot things due to the power, like they can withstand the Gs they are out through, but they can't ignore wind resistance and friction. They will burn up if they start running too quickly.

Hope that helps

No. Light speed is not achievable for non-shards, i dont think.
THough feruchemy allows for storing of weight (and becoming lighter in the process), YOU CANT STARE ALL YOUR WEIGHT:
This is becuase anything you store in feruchemy is reflected in your present physical state while you are storing/tappng it.

e.g.when you use feruchemy to beome stronger, your muscles PHYSICALY swell up and you become legitimately buff.
So, to store enough weight to become wightless... is to essentially disappear. ALll your matter would have to be gone.

If a Feruchemist was... I don't know, somewhere without air resistance and had maybe quintillions of lifetimes of unkeyed metalminds. They could bring a space suit, as it wouldl be affected by time dilation too. Not for 5 years, of course, but yeah.

Though they would STILL have to store all their mass into their metalmind in order to achieve weightlessness which would ultimately kill them.

It... would not kill them. Feruchemy makes you able to deal with it. That's why everyone didn't die in BoM on the airship.

I stand corrected!
Is there a limit to how many physical attributes you can store at once (ignoring Metalmind capacity, focusing on effects on your body), and are there any adverse effects?

I think Feruchemy has some built-in limits, otherwise you wouldn't have the strength to walk for pewter, the neuron activity to breathe for zinc, you'd freeze with brass, etc.

Yes, I suspect it would be awkward if a Feruchemist randomly became a vegetable (e.g. brain dead) while fueling one of his metalminds.
