“Do you know where the others are?”

Part of me is wondering if Vellelu would have taught them many “kinder” basic words, and they use prisoner in basic for anything like servant or helper

Do you mean Zarthia? No

"Revi is sleeping, Violette went somewhere, and Divine also went somewhere. I think Divine was going to follow Violette."

She rested.

Wait, no, you're right

We need to wait more for @Aeoryi

Violette stood at the edge overlooking the fire. She twirled the coin in her fingers, looking at the way it reflected the light from the flames.

The coin showed her who she was. A traitor.

"It was needed." She whispered.

But was this? Someone had died as a result of her actions. She saw what the wish-granter was feeling before the fire started. She could've done something.

You don't need to feel regret.

A fire that raged with fury that could scorch even a dragon lay below her.

You don't need to feel.

She held the coin above her, over the edge. Sparkling with light, glittering like gold. It wasn't intrinsically special, but something felt right about using the coin she took from Vellelu.

You don't need to.

The coin wasn't special. It wasn't different. It had nothing important, and it had no history. No tempering.

You don't need.

It meant nothing. And if Violette knew one thing, it was to release your regrets. These things haunted those who ignored them, and caused grief to those who didn't find peace with them. Regrets were powerful.

You don't.

She held the coin between her forefinger and her thumb. With a mental farewell, she flipped the coin up into the sky, watching it spin and shimmer, distorted by smoke. It flickered, and then vanished, consumed by the flame.

You.

Violette felt isolated, as if the skies had turned black and the world was consumed whole. Violette's voice was reduced to a whisper.

"Farewell, wish-granter."

And just like that, it was over.

Now the question remained: Should she just leave?

Ish. Violette's probably gonna be trying to convince herself that she's dealt with it and needs to move on but the reality is that she hasn't really.

She stepped up next to you. She looked very different from when you last saw her
