Out of story: So am I just alone in a room?

Yep

I rub my maleable hands together and find that my new skin is actually pretty smooth. A couple of questions about this room, @Spark of Hope

1. Are there any cracks in the wall?

2. Are there any windows?

3. If they have windows and cracks, are the cracks on the same wall as the window?

4. Is there an AC vent nearby?

Please elaborate on the AC vent.

But if there isnt an AC vent, is there any type of vent at all?

OK. One more question.

5 (?). If I say, saw a bird and a dog, could I turn into some abomination of the two? Like a dog with a bird's tail?

Vtras looked at the door. Before she knew it, she was barreling full force at it. She broke out through the door, and turned into the small bird she saw. She was going to get caught, she knew it. So she turned into a human midflight and rammed her knee into a vent. OW. Her knee was probably broken, but no time for that now. She re-turned into a bird and huddled in the vents.

Also, goodnight @BUTTER_BENJI_64

She was caught before she could enter.

She was caught before she could enter.

But she refused. Though she was a bird, she wasn't afraid to abuse her new powers. While cupped in the hands of a soldier, she turned into a platypus, breaking out of the cage that used to be his/her hands. Knowing she had only seconds, she managed to re-birdify herself and flee into the vents.

She was safe.

For now.

No she didn’t. She was recaught and locked in her room.
