She opens the first one while on her bed thingy and began to read, all until night fell and she went to sleep. She knew, as she was falling asleep, that she would probably be tested on tomorrow. But her tired brain put this worry aside as she dreamt of dragons in the sky- the same ones as from Wings of Fire books. And so she awoke, refreshed, only for testing to be done again.

She realized that was one of her memories- but no time for that now. She ate the toast, noting one with a glop or sweet-looking red stuff. She tasted that too, and it tasted pretty good. She finished eating.

"...Oh" Vtras realized. "No more live ones? Just pictures?" And before the Scientist could say anything, or nod, she transformed into the cub... not. Somehow, the lion cub was just not enough. She winced at the Scientist. "Doesn't work."
