Swiftpaw manages to pry the lid off, then quickly downs the potion he was gifted.

"Ah, good, that burning bread smell is going away." he states, color returning to him.

He then tries to get up, only to fall back down as his leg bends at an odd angle.

"Not fixed, NOT Fixed, NOT FIXED! AH! OOH! OUCH!" he exclaimed.

Step 1: acquire a fairly straight, sturdy stick, table leg, PVC pipe, flag pole, training sword, etc.

Step 2: align injured leg (to the comfort of the patent) with the object you grabbed in step 1.

Step 3: bandage leg & object together, firm, but not hard pressure. (hard pressure is what you'd apply to a good sized cut, to stop bleeding.) 

Step 3.5: If you need to move the patent, you'll need something for either a crutch, or, preferably, a makeshift gurney.

Step 4: Contact a medical professional.

Swiftpaw's leg was mildly bluish purple, notably swollen, and as stated before, bending at an unnatural angle no vee's leg should bend at, causing him to grow ill at the sight of the wounded limb.

All in all, it looked quite painful.

A bit dramatic, but he's quite desperate right now. Besides, it's not like he would have anything else to do, it was his old hobby that gave him this injury, and it was sorta the only thing he had to pass time. Oh, and he isn't backing out of that promise, you don't just swear on any part of the origin Pokemon, then break that oath, that's not something you do unless you want to eat a crit STAB gem boosted Z-Judgement.
