Here's my Jolteon, Swiftpaw [to be finished]:

Species: Jolteon (Surf breed)

Gender: Male

Nature: Timid (Speed up, Attack down)

Backstory/Personality: [wall of text, he very dark & edgy.]

Grew up in a tribe of Vaporeon under a pair of stereotypical WickedStepParents, thus he got very good at running, usually to fetch a first aid kit or a medic he was an apprentice to, or with his (pleasant and fair) half-sister from said step-parents. Speaking of which, said step-parents are so vile that I (and Swiftpaw) will happily accept the most cruel forms of brutality falling upon their unfortunately still living bodies, and call it "justice" and "karma" and "retribution" with a pleasant smile. Tangent over, he evolved into jolteon out of spite for not just his "caretakers", but also the village that was so indifferent and even encouraging of the unspeakable villainy that happened in its walls.

 Moves: Electro ball & Electro ball & Electro ball & Electro ball (electro ball deals more damage the faster the user is than the target.)

Held item: Choice scarf (Speed up, but can only choose one move. Good thing he only has one move.)

Forgot to mention, he promptly laid waste to his former village. And no, not in the cutesy, culturally sensitive "[Pokemon] Fainted" kind of way you might expect from the series Canon, but he straight up massacred his old town, gaining many fitting titles from the infamy of the event.
