Gen 9. But really just what makes sense. Example, Expanding Force is very OP in some situations

He's not the best inventor. Does so as a stress relief, not a hobby.

He should probably get a new stress relief.

Moves: Roost, Shadow Claw, Grass Knot, Ominous Wind

Anything else: Has good aim; good at supporting others during a battle.

Ability: Long Reach

I can't check the ability rn, what does it do? Other than that looks good

Thanks! Long Reach just makes it so that if Rowlet used a move that uses contact, it would be counted as a no contact move. A probably more comprehensible explanation from the wiki is: "The Pokémon uses its moves without making contact with the target."
