Did syl get a piece of Honor.

At the end where Honor is absorbed into odium and became retribution, it said tiny piece flew off from him. Right after you go to syl and Kaladin, he has the 5th ideal sworn but hasn't sworn to the herald pack yet. It says she starts to have a more regal form about her, then Kal makes the pack. I believe she is changing from one fragment of that going to her. Other thinks its from the herald pack or 5th ideal. I have only read the stormlight series, none of the side books. I don't think she will have some crazy power, maybe something to help get close but not be the reason for what ever happens to retribution. I don't think she will be able to make spren or make stormlight.

If you have only read Stormlight Archive, you may want this posted in the Stormlight Only (non-Cosmere) section. I've reported it so a Mod can move it for you.

It is possible the piece(s) of honor went to Syl, as well as creating Kaladin's new HonorSpear. It is certainly implied, but not confirmed.

Either a piece of Honor, or something from the Stormfather. It's not clear which yet.
