Attempt one. Let's see how it goes.

Spoiler

I am using elements most similar to that of D&D

Vandurai woke on the ship, she still didn't know why her father had sent her away. "You're going to Kreshi to study for a bit." Her father had said, she knew he had some ulterior motive.

Kreshi was the capital of the human kingdom of Tamih, and it was renowned for its university and grand tower -the spiral of knowledge- it was called.

Spoiler

Note: Kreshi is moderately based on Kharbranth

Vandurai stepped out onto the deck, legs a little wobbly. Vandurai is tall and tries -with limited success- to hide her royal blood, but one good look at her and her bright topaz scales would betray that in an instant.

I don't know who to invite but here is an attempt

@DezaS @Thee insane @SpiritOfWrath

Feel free to invite others.

Roy swaggered past wearing what looked like a pirate captain's costume. it was authentic just like every part of roy. except he still bore the scars from his old life. the life he left behind before taking to the seas. he absentmindedly brushed the hilt of his cutlass and smiled when he felt the rough deformities in teh steel along the blunt edge that looked like small pieces of metalic silver coral growing out of the blade. he had won that blade gambeling against the old pirate king. oh what a long time ago that was.

Roy eyed Vandurai up as she steped of the boat. "a little sea sick are we?" he said with a grin as he scrached at he long knoted beard.

"You again." Vandurai sighs disappointedly, with a hint of distaste in there too. "How far to Agowell?"

Agowell was a small stop they were stopping at on their way. The city itself was a masterpiece, every building colorful and perfect. The elvish architects were not to be underestimated. Vandurai has been to Agowell a few times before on vacations with her brother.

"Hello fellows! Do not fear, you'll get your sealegs soon enough!" cheered Luka, whose unmistakable optimism had not been crushed by the waves yet. He also wore a pirate costume, but it was made for a small child, and stretched over his arms and legs in awkward places.

"You really need to stop wearing that." Vandurai observed.

Vandurai eyed her suspiciously, She didn't trust those who looked Oruas in origin, especially ones carrying around a small notebook, who knew what they could be hiding in those things.

Ouras is a small island nation near her homeland, infamous for its raids and rebellious history, but her father had always told her "Never anger an Ourasen, they have the largest silver deposit in the world. We need good relations with them.

she was used to this. She was fully aware that everyone expected an ourasen to be a rebel. she jotted some stuff down and put some of her short brown-red hair back behind her ear.

"It is accessible by the sea that's where we are going. You are right to worry about land but not in Alad, that's one of the safest places in this world." Vandurai commented.

Alad is the elven kingdom. It is generally friendly and safe. It borders Vandurais's home kingdom and the kingdom they are going to. It has good relations with Emperor Sapphire.

A sailor walks up to Vandurai "We be approchin' Agowell soon." He says then walks off to tell others.

"Finally!" Vandurai breathes with a sigh, "I'll be off this cursed boat for a few hours."

A large city is barely visible on the horizon, seeming to be carved straight out of the stone on the cliffs, but showing a beauty that betrays that though. Through it all, you can see the main attraction of Agowell, The Grand Bazaar.

Kos curses, wishing he were more adept with his powers. He attempts to climb back in, growling a short apology.
