She was able to protect Aela now. That was all that mattered. She had power. More than she'd had just as a Servant, although she did truly miss the constant, calming voice of Mirth in her mind. But like this, she could know what Aela was thinking. What better way to protect her than that? Felicity had cowered, scared of just about everything. But now, she was capable of more. And there was only one thing she truly feared now. Losing Aela. But with her powers, she refused to let that happen. She wouldn't let anything bad happen to her. She would make sure of that. After all, she had a certain... Desperation.
