I've read all Cosmere works except from Wind and Truth, Tress of the Emerald Sea, and Yumi and the Nightmare Painter. Should I read the 2 remaining secret projects before or after WaT?

Sunlit Man is the only one I can think of that I would recommend waiting until after WaT to read. It should not matter for YAP or TES if you read them first, or wait for later to read them (they are often recommended anytime after Oathbringer). I would recommend choosing the one that appeals most first.

I would ask, when you say "everything" does that include White Sand (the most commonly skipped Cosmere work)?
Because White Sand has a number of references in WaT.

Hope that helps

Read Sunlit Man before WaT (or after, doesn't matter), and the overall experience will be better. The others don't matter at all. About White Sand: Read the Omnibus, and again, doesn't matter.

Thanks so much guys! I'll be reading the secret projects then. And yes, I've read the White Sand Omnibus, I look forward to the prose version though (it wasn't as good as I thought it could've been for me).

I'd say go for the secret projects first. They’re pretty fresh, so reading them now feels like a good call before Wind and Truth. As for White Sand, the omnibus was okay for me too, but the prose version should hit different.
