I love that this thread exists. I could really have used something like this five years ago. 

I finally got myself to go to therapy and get on some medications and I'm in a much better space now. But I'm glad that it exists. 

And, belatedly, I'd like to apply for membership. 

I've got ADHD, depression, and generalized anxiety disorder, and I'm a proud (but sometimes struggling) dad of an autistic daughter.

I also have adhd (but storming pschycs refuse to diagnose cause of my anxiety), depression, GAD and autism but same issue witg the adhd.

Alright idk how often I’ll be on here but I’ll try. 
My application: 
I struggle with anxiety (I’m a LOT like Steris) and adhd, and I have some dyslexia (I haven’t been diagnosed but I should hope I’m self aware enough to realize it myself lol)

I do have an emotional support cat but she’s not that good at her job *facepalm* so that’s not very helpful. I still love her tho she’s the best. 

I do also have some very specific trauma I don’t know if I’m ready to share yet. 
I’m also hoping to get into equine therapy within the next few years but it’s storming EXPENSIVE so not there quite yet.

Hello fellow mental health people. Im new and I saw this whilst figuring out how the forums work. I was curious if I could apply. While I do not have mental health issues I do like giving hugs.
