I mean, if Sylphrena can become what she seems to have become, for example.

Worse, then: could Sylphrena and Wyndle, if both are quasi-Ascended, then go on to replicate the presence of the Sibling?

Or, not so much "worse": but if they can join their powers, could they help distribute Towerlight outside of Urithiru?

(Random subtheory: Chemoarish kills the Nightwatcher, leaving an opening for Wyndle.)

Why would Cultivation allow that? She fled to be safe. Why reinvest in Roshar? On the contrary, we might see her calling for her spren to evacuate to her new seat.

That seems like a nonstarter for me too. Lift's boon/curse would basically be irrelevant, if she could just open a perpendicularity for Lifelight suppy, so that would be undermining instead of reinforcing what Cultivation did with her.

Also... why not just have someone else bond the Nightwatcher? It's already there, no reason to kill it, to get it into the game.

....or did I miss the joke? I probably missed the joke.

No, I meant this seriously. I think there's something about Chemoarish being confused with the Nightwatcher that's relevant, something about the Night leaving Roshar that's relevant, etc. What with Chemoarish being called the Dustmother, and the Dustbringer reputation for Voidishness/destructiveness, IDK... I feel like there are thematic links between all these entities/concepts.
