In chapter 122 of wind and Truth we're getting a POV from honor and we're also hearing the voice of his human self as he's talking about how honor is failing.

During this time he meets with the Heralds and he doesn't mention that they're being tortured in b r a i s e he mentions that immortality sucks. And that they're being worn down but it almost seems like he was unaware what was happening to them

because this would have been the time for the human have to be like I am knowingly torturing 10 people I value as my family but he doesn't do that so it makes me wonder did he just not know or the Heralds kind of confused like all he talks about is how his power is wearing on them sorry about any grammar errors.

I think he knew, it seems he knew that Heralds might be tortured on Braize when the Oathpact was formed, but it seems he didn't realize what long term effects of torture and immortality would have on them after thousands of years. WaT ch 65:

Quote

Taln looked at the glowing people, the god, and Ishar. Then to Dalinar. To Dalinar, he asked the question none of them had. “And what is the price?”
“Pain,” Dalinar whispered.
“By binding away the enemy, you might be bound with them,” Tanavast said.
