Tri-shar holders as the next step in the war?

Given how the shards seem to view the joint shards as a threat, and how joining shards has been a solution to problems, i'm wondering if the missing balance will come from taravangian or sazed taking up a third shard?

There is also a WoB that 3 shard comobos might be more stable the 2-shard combos (though brandon said it obviously depends onthe specific shards)

Cultivation is the obvious candidate to join in given her connection to stormlight - adding her in would leave Odium a place but leave it outnumbered in terms of context and let retribution become constructive.

I think an even more interesting option would be to add cultivation in with ruin and preservation. having a shard with growth power could move Sazed out of his passive mode and let both preservation and ruin shine.

Virtuosity could serve a similar role, though we havent really seen her besides knowing she's splintered
