No Sunmaker in book 5?

I thought for sure that we were hear more about the Sun Maker. It seems like it was a big part of the history, but there were no flashbacks where we learned more. 
 

We did hear Sun Makers Gambit many times though, in Adolins POV. It’s possible this possible foreshadowing for the back half.

What more are we missing? We should have most of the broad strokes.

• Alethi Warloard who rose up to unify the remnants of Alethela post-Recreance to first form Alethkar
• Wielded Oathbringer
  • Implied, may have received "unite them" visions
• Overthrew Heirocracy rule-by-religion
• After uniting Alethkar, he left his 10 children in charge of the provinces, while he continued on-campaign
  • He did not name a successor
• He died in Azir, before finishing his conquest of that country
• Alethkar fell apart into 10 "princedoms" because Sunmaker never named a successor and none of them were strong enough to keep the nation together.

We might learn more about him in the second arc. I am re-reading WoK right now and it seems that the Sunmaker also overthrew the Hierocracy 5 centuries prior to the SA. Which very likely had something to do with the Heralds. So, we could hear something on the subject from them.
