since you did not specify the type of chest you just need a small chest with something valuable in it (example: diamond) and then throw it above someones head and turn it into a car.

you can detect when a TV will turn on 27 seconds before it happens.

Simple. When I need a message sent from the future, I wait next to a TV and turn it on when it will turn on the future (or when I need to send the signal to the past), allowing my past self to turn it on earlier than I did.
You know all non-secret paths, roads, corridors, and passageways within ten miles, and your position relative to them. If you concentrate hard and meditate, you can vaguely comprehend farther directions.

best tour guide ever. and you can also be the best city planner of all time. (I also don't know how to break this very well)

You can shingle the roof of a house by looking at it, but you can only use this once per week though and only with houses with less than 300 sq feet of roofing.

You can shingle houses with shingles already on them, collect the shingles, and sell them. Depending on the material that the shingles are made out of, you could assassinate people by collapsing their house.

You can yell one decibel louder than the other loudest person in the room. If outside, the area of effect is a 25-foot radius sphere centered around you.

Ok so imma ask my friend to help me do a concert and make us famous. I'll equip said friend with mics and a megaphone so she will be louder, then make her get earplugs so her ears won't break, and then I'll sing super loud and get all of the moneys :D

Anything you touch with a dormant candle will be covered in wax.

Yay! It’s not dead!
I can make candles by touching string with candles. Assuming the entire thing is covered with wax with one touch, this could let me entrap people if they touch any part of my ridiculously long string-turned-candle. Also, wax burns, which means I can get infinite energy.
When you feel strong emotions, things around you start floating. This includes you. You can’t direct the objects and they fall gradually as they get farther away or you get calmer.

There are lots of potential uses, one such being infinite energy, assuming you could make a ball float by provoking strong emotions, then let it fall, turn a generator, bring it up, and drop it. Another thing is fighting. Fighting would be super fun, provided you can get angry enough. You cause objects and other people, and fighting in 0 G would be fun.

You can hear spelling.

You'll make millions recycling shag carpeting from the eighties.

Your pockets produce an infinite amount of pocket lint.

Infinite fuel, infinite recycling material, and so much more!

Once a year you can make any fictional character real for a day with the following parameters: They may not break the law, they may not harm others, they are not loyal to you, and they can leave whenever they want.

Posted

Simple: spend your time finding or writing a character who can grant powers or build devices, and would work with you. Especially a character with the power to make some spend 354 days in suspended animation, after granting them some other abilities. I cannot think of a good example right now, but I’m sure there is one. You have a year, after all.
You can control which way plants you can see grow, and speed up their growth as long as there are enough nutrients.

You only specified nutrients, not energy from sunlight. As such, exponential fruit growth is a possibility as you can bulk buy fertilizer.

You can change the color of inks and dyes.

you can encrypt messages by making them white, make politicians look stupid and change the color of people's clothes at will.

You can mentally project the number 8 into the mind of 1 random person somewhere in the world 4 times a day

IDK. drive someone nuts if you get lucky?

you can now summon 1d4 pigeons wherever and whenever you like.

So to recap, you have a free radio jammer and you can just casually make electromagnetic radiation that can fairly easily be converted to free energy? How is that not broken?

You can double the speed of any snail you look at.

You can double the speed of any snail you look at.

You have to break it more

Speed?

Not velocity?

Well, in reality, every snail is moving at roughly the same speed as the earth, so…

place a snail on someone, change its velocity so that it is moving at two times the speed of the earth, towards that person…

also, how often can you do this, or can you just exponentially increase

For every three years you shed, you are able to shed two times as many.

And yes, it is vague.

The way I read that implies either I can make myself younger but potentially also lose my memories. (Simply invest, and learn things if I keep my memories. I’d eventually youth myself out of existence, but until then I’d live a long time.) Alternatively, I can create small buildings typically for storage of tools at an exponentially increasing rate. (Less useful, but I can likely make money with it). Finally, I could have more and more of my hair fall out, which I could burn for free energy, potentially using the decrease in entropy to keep myself alive, with gene editing or something.
You can telekinetically reshape dark chocolate you can see.
