Urithiru’s borders/cognitive realm

Do we ever get confirmation on the borders of Urithiru as a nation?

If the borders end at the edge of the new bubble, if the everstorm ever goes higher than the tower I would infer that the sky only directly above would be clear and I can’t imagine that would be enough to sustain crop growth?

Should the borders be beyond the bubble, would that mean that the surrounding mountainside (below a certain height) would be oasis of life now they would have clear sky above?

Also is there such a thing as a claim on airspace too?

 

Finally did the border agreement also apply to nations in the cognitive realm?
