What’s this episode?

There is an episode of intentionally blank when Dan and Brandon are talking about horror. Then they go on a tangent and talk about how they should make a show about the first mystery death scene where someone dies and all they hear from the killer is “Hi, I’m Dan.”

 

this has been bugging me for awhile. So any help would be nice.
