with the occasional Pesto,

or Truffle Butter,

or Sundried Tomato Balsalmic.

all good options. Red sauce is good too, but not my favorite.

It really depends on how I'm feeling during the day. But for my favorite pasta (Tortellini) I prefer marinara.

There has been a change to the pasta pantheon cult concerning the dates of holidays.

Tortellini Tuesdays and Macaroni Mondays are now official.

Tortellini Tuesdays will be the first Tuesday every month, and Macaroni Mondays will be the first Monday of every month.
