If one looks at the boar, it is noticeable how little meat is on its bones. It clearly hasn’t eaten anything except the goose scraps in a while. There would be little to no bacon harvest.

The cougar, reacting to the two things, jumps at Raven, and then proceeds to freeze mid-air. Seemingly dead. as it collapses, it seems to gain a lighter hue and color returns to it's eyes. As it dies, a flock of Crows comes down and begins to feast.
