When storing investure in a nicrosil metalmind, to my understanding you store the ability to use investure. What what happens if a Knight Radient were a Nicrosil ferring and filled a metalmind. What powers would they store?

a)They store the ability to use only one surge.

b)They store both surges at the same time, and have no ability to pick which surge to store.
 

Regardless a or b, would this also store the ability to draw Stormlight/heal?

Yes, it seems that F-nicrosil works that way - it stores abilities, innate investiture only.

They will mostly likely be able to decide which power to store, they could store both if they want, Intent is the key. Just like a Feruchemist storing would be able to choose what power to store and how many at once.

I don't know if the ability to draw Stormlight and heal can be considered as separate, or if it's a "side effect" of their Nahel Bond. I think healing can be considered as a separate, kind of third power, thus they can store their healing too. But drawing Stormlight probably is because of the nature of their bond. It's hard to say - Vasher can use Stormlight to feed his Divine Breath without being a Surgebinder, so it seems it's not really a part of your innate investiture, more like the result of having strong Connection to Honor and his investiture (kind of like Navani moving it by singing the pure tone of Honor).

Another question about this topic, could storing too much investiture potentially make you lose some innate investiture, and become a drab? Or… well something like that

Not permanently. And you can only do this with F-nicrosil (because it's the only attribute that's innate investiture). As long as you store a lot of it, you will be like a drab, but once you stop everything will be normal again.

Could a Feruchemist hide from Lifesense by storing and which metals?

So Lifesense on Nalthis, someone storing, what now, Investiture? Could they hide from Lifesense? Um, yeah that would work.

That would probably be Investiture, that’s theoretically plausible, hiding your entire sense, a little bit easier with a copper cloud, which is how you would normally go about it, but you could make your Investiture vanish to the point that… yeah I think that’s theoretically possible.

So Lifesense works on Connection?

Lifesense works by sensing… life, so it’s not necessarily just Connection because you can go off-world from Nalthis and still sense the life to which you are not Connected.
