So I recently changed my password, and have been having to change it ever since. Every time I enter the correct password, it claims that it is actually incorrect. I then have to recover my password and reset it, which then signs me in. Perhaps this is due to me switching between devices? Am I not allowed to be signed into both my phone and my laptop on the Shard? Because as I've been doing this process, I have been switching between devices, just to update the saved passwords.

I had something similar (post here), I logged off both locations, then cleared cookies and history in both locations, then signed on one. Waited number of hours (during which Chaos replied), then logged on the second. It lasted about a day (30ish hours) IIRC.

Hmmmm, I thought this was fixed in the new version. I hadn't seen reports of this since the update. Treamayne's information is based off the old version and may not be accurate. We will look into this. Sorry about that.

A brief update on this: it seems to be a consistent issue with logging into multiple devices. I am unable to log into my computer if I’m also logged into my phone and so on.

If this is intentional, it would be great to be notified when that’s the issue and not “sorry wrong password”.

For reference, I am using an iPhone and a Windows computer.

Very interesting. We will indeed look into this. That definitely does sound like the same issue as was previous, which I definitely encountered.
