While I was reading the novel, I kept imagining how awesome it would be if we can watch the shardbearers in action on a movie, the way they move and attack at insane speeds. Then I thought perhaps I can create a manga based on the series and what Mr. Sanderson might think about it. It would pretty much be a fan fiction in a comic form and depict some of the battles during desolations. I truly respect everything about this series and I don't want to create something that the author might have an issue with, so I would appreciate any advice on what I should do. 1

I remember someone recommending it to me awhile ago and I thought "What the hell is this crap?", then couple chapters later I was like "damnation, its good". I've been drawing manga style for awhile and honestly I think shardbearers will be absolutely stunning if done right. It will be pain in the chull to draw the plate and sword for everyone but I think it will be worth the effort.

You are free to make some pages as fan art (Brandon likes fan art, and there's lots of fan art out there), but quantity is an issue with fair use. 5
