She continued to drone on about one book or another, without stopping for several minutes. Kandy looks like she wants to fall asleep but doesnt.

Sharon asked, genuinely confused. "You're district, aren't you dear?" Quote Kandy should've received land after the rebellion if I'm correct. I don't think it matters that she didn't die in the games, I had a GM confirm that Sharp'i still got land and he's not dead. Unless something happened or something?
