Someone had covered Sharon's body with a sheet, though it still lay on the floor. Sharp was sitting in one of the chairs, his eyes distant. Sharvil sat next to him, looking somewhat more surprised than he did on the morning of Sharp III's death. Sharlee was there as well, just come back from the market--she was still wearing her jacket and holding a basket. Her face was red and her eyes were full of tears. "We're here," Sharp'i said, opening the door for Kandy. He set the knife collection on the coffee table.
