Some lanky kid with brown hair and tan-ish skin, he looks nearly always concerned for some reason. Kandy is essentially some latina lady lol, but has jetblack hair and constantly smiley.

Hmmm no I wouldn't say so. Pick-me girls tend to be more desperate and whiny (imo) but Kandy is more . . . just flirtatious because she wants to be, y'know? She doesn't get extremely upset when people reject her (like when she tried to flirt with Sharpie the first time in pre-cyto).
