Mistborn

Question for the DNDers out there…

I have a new group starting up soon, so I’m working on a character. Ever since reading Mistborn I’ve wanted to play that as a class. I’ve looked at a few different home brews and [this one](https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-LluOPkSnwtgizPnU3ea) seems to be the most thought out (plus I already sent that to my DM and she approved it). Unfortunately I can’t find that particular home brew in dnd beyond. I’d either need to use one of the Mistborn subclasses they have in their system or manually enter the details into an app like Fight Club or Prism, which is not trivial.

To date I’ve only used official classes/races, so before I go through that trouble, has anyone here used either the class I linked to or any of the D&D Beyond homebrew subclasses? Was the system for the character fairly well balanced or did it feel like you were too OP?
