Zathoth Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 Thats a very good point. Well, then I think we need someone with the illumination surge first.
Zathoth Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 (edited) No, Regrowth would be best. That would be interesting, would they heal the damage? Interesting thought... I think we want the leader to be the kind who avoids getting hurt in the first place though. Of course they will need guards, guards with the Progression Surge. Edited August 30, 2015 by Morzathoth
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Something of importance to note: Playing Pictionary with Koloss results in a 1 in 3 chance to lose any drapes or prosthetic limbs you may possess. Dominoes on the other hand goes over quite well, as long as the pips aren't colored. 2
Grey Knight Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 ...Just how did you come by this information?
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 7, 2015 Posted September 7, 2015 Well, I come by information through Research, which can be done in one of three ways: 1: Never listen to the number Two: Observation Thr33: I interrogate people 4: I steal the thoughts and dreams of the unsuspecting G: I beat deities in games of random chance (which are never random because they try and cheat) and they yield the information 5**7: Personal experience @: I ask people nicely Pi: One of my cousins tells me -17: Epiphanies This however was learned through observation, which quickly became personal experience when I lost my peg-leg to a koloss who got upset because he thought his team mate's drawing of a shuttlecock was unrealistic 1

Maybe you've changed it since. Edited September 8, 2015 by Guest
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 No, this is simply a parallel list, derived from a tertiary dimension 1

First of all, why and when did you not only have the opportunity to play these games with a koloss, and one that wouldn't smash your head with it's sword if it lost? 1
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 *Facepalm* That's not what I meant. First of all, why and when did you not only have the opportunity to play these games with a koloss, and one that wouldn't smash your head with it's sword if it lost? Well my starchy friend, specificity can be important when it comes to what i do. When: just the other day. Why? Well my dear boy, that's what I do. I'm head of Research. I study things that no one else will. Sure I lose a limb here and there, and I may have to resurrect now and then, but at the end of the day Science is advanced. That's what we do here at the Alley, that's what the Alley is about. Science. Learning what others will not, understanding what others cannot. Sometimes it means using mildly upset people as experiments, sometimes it means playing board games with Hemalurgic creations that enjoy mindless slaughter and fondue. We are the mightiest of the guilds for that very reason. And the fact that we can steal any ability know to the cosmos. And our snacks. 1

Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 "I once liked cookies." Winter shook her head. "I suppose I've... lost my sweet tooth since then." It happens sometimes, but you were unconscious at the time of the procedure, so at least you didn't feel any pain. We're currently running tests on the extracted tooth as we speak, to find out how we can make all teeth Sweet Teeth. Thank you for your sacrifice to Science. 1
Zathoth Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Fellow scientists! I am going out... shopping. Any... cookies you want? 1
Voidus Posted September 12, 2015 Author Posted September 12, 2015 Fellow scientists! I am going out... shopping. Any... cookies you want? If you come across anyone with three arms I wanted to look into the benefits and drawbacks of excessive limbs on spiritual bind points. Also we're out of salsa. 1
Zathoth Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 If you come across anyone with three arms I wanted to look into the benefits and drawbacks of excessive limbs on spiritual bind points. Also we're out of salsa. We can try a squid, I like squids though, lets not try a squid. Oh, yes, salsa, we do need salsa... Anything else? Bread, eggs, feruchemy, allomancy? I wanted to try stealing senses humans do not have for a while now, like the heatpits from a snake or the electric field sense from a shark, so I'll bring some tin spikes. 1

Just a suggestion, avoid mixing any kind of electric field sensing with the skyeels from Roshar, they tend to explode for some reason we haven't yet discovered. 1

Just one of the Mysteries of Hemalurgy, like why did a spike that was supposed to give me Ironsight give me the ability to make tacos instead? That sounds like a good idea, mind the Voidspren though. 1

Actually forget the spren, lets see if we can use gems as spikes at all.
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 (edited) Ooh ooh! Recontextualized-Matter-misinterpreters, decontinuous-matter-reconstructors, the last sight of a dying soul, and lozenges. LOTS of lozenges. Preferably lemon or mint flavored, really anything but Gooseberry. We don't need a repeat of the Sorrowwraiths. Took me years to sort out that mess, and we're still trying to find the real moon. But our decoy is believable, so it's not too bad. Also, in regards to gemstones stay away from zirconiums. Trust me. Edited September 13, 2015 by Fatebreaker 1
Zathoth Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 I see, I see... Im back~ I now have the fourth heightening, the surge of gravity, two shardblades and a plate (I only bonded one of the blades, does anyone want the plate and the other blade?) allomantic pewter, steel, iron and feruchemical steel and gold. Along with my natural zinc compounding. Oh and I got that chasm fiend strength, anyone interested?
Zathoth Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 (edited) "Hn, really? I guess we should not use those until we can figure out how to get around that... Sooo, you are our super weaponsoldierexperiment, right?" "Oh, I almost forgot, I got some salsa!" Edited September 13, 2015 by Morzathoth 2
Fatebreaker he/him Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 She's more of our on-again-off-again-friend. Depends on her mood. We also have some valuable data we gained when she was a, ahem, voluntary, test subject. So we're always grateful to her. 1
ostrichofevil he/him Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 By the way, does she still have that wolf stapled into her sDNA, or has it been removed since the end of the war? 1
Zathoth Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Let me have some look at that data some day. A mistborn shapeshifter is just way too good. What other abilities did you give her?
Guest Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I don't even remember. Too many. I think I actually gave her a jellybean sensor, but I was really tired then.
