Exploding gummy bears sounds more like her anyway. :P

Still waiting on someone to create an Epic whose weakness is giant clams, BTW.

Maybe I did but just didn´t post his Bio because no more powerful Epics are allowed.

HIs name is Pearl of Wisdom. Primary power: instantly knowing every other Epic's name. Secondary power: turning into a giant clam. Tertiary power: causing other Epics' weaknesses to become giant clams.

He is an amalgamation of everything we still need in this game. :P

So he makes their weaknesses tangible and….turns them into something that will just make them say "Ewww…."?

We need him NOW. :P

Hmm….

Maybe if we met him on a giant clam farm, it wouldn't count? I kind of want to meet this guy now. :P

Well, he got a speaking role already so who knows. ;)

OK everypony, you know the drill. Critically re-examine all of Edgedancer's posts and formulate wild fan theories about who Clam-Man is.

He isn´t a Clam-Man, clams are his weakness. In fact he´s a former bartender. Have fun searching. :P

Hm….I had a theory that the Anti-Clam is Nighthound's split personality, but that doesn't fit….

Former bartender. This means something…..

There was an Epic named Crossfire whose weakness was being caught in a crossfire. In comparison it isn't so far-fetched that an Epic whose weakness is clams might call himself Clam-Man. :P

Nighthound´s ego leaves no space for another personality.

Kinda. :P

Misdirection, clever. ;)

In Nighthound's introduction, he mentions three Epics—Double Bubble, the Cupcake King, and the Catinator. I think it's one of those.

Nope, they didn´t speak.

We both ended up underselling Penumbra´s apperance, didn´t we? :P

Edit: page 100.

No, no it does not.

Hmm….new theory, then.

Yeah, we kinda did….

Yay!

Funtimes reaction, or wait for Voidus….

Want a hint?

I suppose that is what happens, if you out yourself to the less serious Epics in town. :P

Depends, do you want to further undersell him and continue the conversation, if so yes, or do you want to pick up the Penumbra action, in which case I would advise to wait. (I´m in favour of the first. :P)

Yes, please.

Specifically, to an Epic who calls herself Doctor Funtimes. And turns croutons and gummy bears into defensive maneuvers. :P

He hasn't done much except shout his name yet, so it seems more likely for the others to continue their conversation.

He talked over a cellphone.

He had it comming. :P

Then go ahead.

I didn't think Penumbra looked like anyone specific? Not like Phoenix, at any rate.

They are the same person and there is no mention of a change in apperance. Why would they look different? The Protector didn´t look different either or did I miss that?

Argh. Curse these 100 pages of ponies and beard jokes! I don't even remember if he said anything about it on here. Protector doesn't look any different; I know that much.

EDIT: Nothing about change in appearance in this thread, though I assumed he used shadows to cloak himself or something to avoid giving away his identity. (Though it would make a bit more sense for Penumbra to spill the beans all at once, given what we've seen of him so far.)

It isn´t mentioned in his profile, I checked just to be safe and you can´t hide that beard. :P

Anyway, I suppose now we really should wait for Voidus.

Can't or shouldn't? :P

But how can we go on without knowing Ray's opinion of tamales? THE WORLD MUST KNOW! :P

Both to be honest.

Sadly that isn´t enough for a post. She´s fine with them in theory but having them raining down, while Funtimes is in denial kinda creeps her out.

Tamales aren't creepy! They are tasty and bring joy to all the little children! :P

The Tamales aren´t creepy Funtimes is, she just spreads her influence to them.

I typed "creepy tamales" into Google and this was the first result.

I find it mildly disturbing, how easy that was to find.

This one is also good.

p,s, I have hidden another hint.

Awww….he's cute. :)

*goes to obsessively find former bartender whose Kryptonite is clams*

I PM'd Voidus about the ensuing fight. As written, the seeds of doubt Nighthound planted will take root in Funtimes' mind pretty soon, and she'll figure it out.

Well then, have fun planing a fight that will happen right before the eyes of two characters I control without involving me. No way anything unexpected could happen that way, nope. :P
