Trell and Autonomy connection?

I was just reading through White Sand and I came across something interesting

“Trell, sir.”

“All right, Trell,” Kenton said...

For obvious reasons, I find this very interesting. There is a theory i have seen in these forums multiple times about a connection between Autonomy the Shard present on Taldain (the planet where White Sand is set) and Trell, a mysterious, powerful being in Mistborn Era 2 with a corresponding metal (Trellium). This seems like too much of a coincidence, but i have no idea what this means.
