StormingTexan he/him
This should fit all the criteria. Super easy and "healthy" requires no heat source. https://www.sugardishme.com/the-best-easy-5-bean-salad-recipe/
Quantus he/him
With that as the assignment, there are going to be a ton of salads showing up that day, I think. Id lean into some sort of no-heat dessert. I havent tried any but the icebox banana cheesecake looks pretty good. https://www.thekitchn.com/sweets-without-no-heat-12-noba-122345
Jozomby he/him
Yeah, not using the stove really restricts what you can do. I agree with what the people above have said, and I'll also suggest salsa or guacamole. If you buy a bag of tortilla chips, then make some salsa or guac, that's pretty easy. I'll put some recipes in spoiler tags for length: Salsa Verde Spoiler 1 lb. tomatillos (these are the green tomato-like things in papery skins) ¼ onion 2 cloves garlic Salt to taste 1 Bunch Cilantro 1/8 onion Chiles Serranos or Jalapeños (Serranos are spicier. Vary amount for spiciness; 4 for very spicy, 1 for more mild flavor) Blend everything except the ¼ onion and cilantro. Add salt. Chop the ¼ onion and the cilantro very finely. Add to the salsa. Pico de Gallo (some people would call this a red tomato salsa) Spoiler 3 Roma Tomatoes 1 Onion 1 Serrano pepper 1 Bunch Cilantro Lime juice to taste Salt to taste Oregano to taste (optional) Chop and combine all vegetables. Add lime juice, salt and oregano Guacamole Spoiler 4 Avocados 1/2 Onion 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Bunch Cilantro Lime juice to taste Salt to taste - Peel the avocados and remove pits - Mash the avocados - Chop the onion and cilantro, mince the garlic, then mix all ingredients together
