Does Kaladin/any dark eyes feel the Thrill

I’m currently reading OB and the Thrill seems to be on of the unmade and only the Alethi seem to feel the Thrill so shouldn’t dark eyes also feel it

Everyone feels the Thrill, but Kaladin is an exception. Nergaoul influence doesn't affect him, I recommend finishing OB and RoW before getting into any theories.
