Suv turned to Cricket.

"Where are we going, by the way?"

"Where are we going? You're the one who wanted to take us outside to talk."

"Right. And... you said something about joining something, but where is it?"

[Channelknight Fadran]

Cricket fell into the most deadpan, disappointed expression a stoic demon could have.

"Nevermind," She said, turning around. "I was wrong about you."

[Going_North_cal]

"Wha- Oi! What do you mean, you were wrong about me? So I got a little sidetracked, why is that an issue?"

[Channelknight Fadran]

Cricket, however, was already leaving.

Suv glanced back at Kora, then at the form of Cricket, which was growing smaller.

"I..." He said, "I'll be right back."

He flicked his wrist, and Alix lengthened into a palisman transport.

He hopped on and sped after Cricket.

"Why?" He asked Cricket as he caught up.

[Channelknight Fadran]

"If I had taken you outside and someone bumped into you, that I can forgive. But you brought me out here on your own volition and then immediately became sidetracked. That lack of initiative won't get you anywhere in the field."

[Going_North_cal]

"It was once. You're basing this off something that happened once. Have you forgotten so quickly the fact that I'm in the Emperor's Coven, in the position I'm in, at my age??"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"Probably just to make sure they keep you until you're grown up enough to actually be of use to them."

"And with that, Cricket proves that she knows very little about what goes on in the Emperor's Coven."
