Weird stuff with summoning people

So, I @'d thaidakar the ghostblood, and then hit enter, to start a new line, well, right beneath that, the system started adding his username repeated over  and when I deleted some of it, more was added in its place. I'm on mobile if that helps track the bug, and the post this issue is on was the one I posted just previous to this.

I have had this problem many times as well.

Example of what happens, I just press a key and the name is re-written.

Also, another weird thing about the @ function is if I touch the line the mention is on, the line goes to the write, as shown:
