+Cyprian Wiley Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Hi, I am not sure about the timeline and I was not able to find it out myself. But did Dalinar still have his memory about his wife when his brother died? I think, no, as far as I understand it, he "got rid of it" before that, but I am not sure. 1
1 +ShardlessVessel Posted April 10, 2022 Posted April 10, 2022 Checking the Coppermind, it seems that Dalinar made the decision to go to the Nightwatcher (and thus lost his memories of his wife) after Gavilar's death. 3
0 PurpurPhönix he/him Posted April 11, 2022 Posted April 11, 2022 He was super drunk at Gavilar's feast because he was still depressed after his wife died, he hadn't yet gotten rid of his memories. 1
