Question

Creatures can only get so big due to the natural limitations of the physical world, and even shape-shifters such as Kandra would be restricted by these limitations.

However, Feruchemy can do some really interesting things. :)

Could a Kandra that had access to Feruchemical iron, for preventing it's enormous weight from crushing itself, Feruchemical cadmium, for providing enough oxygen to it's body, and Feruchemical bendalloy, for providing sufficient nutrition and water to it, be able to grow to the size of something like, oh, I don't know, a Greatshell?

Compounding cadmium and bendalloy might be necessary to get enough of their respective attributes, but it seems plausible to me.

Yeah, you pointed out the problem yourself. They wouldn't just need feruchemy, they would need compounding. With iron it's whatever because weight is not like a biologically vital thing but for the bendalloy for example you'd need to be at a deficit to store in the first place.

Another *potential issue with large sizes is warmth. Organisms give off heat based on their surface area and produce heat based on their amount of muscle, so as you go up in size the former scales quadratically but the latter scales with the cube of the size increase. (I say potentially because kandra can do some funky stuff with their anatomy, so this might be easy for them to overcome even without magic)

Interestingly, this does have some more potential once we get to space age for Kandra to start expanding once they get yo 0-g's. In 0-gs, they wouldn't need to worry about weight at all, and if they can find a way to survive in a vacuum, possibly by having a double cadmium medallion, then they can really spread out their volume, giving them a large amount of control over heat retention and radiation. I don't know quite what the implications of this would end up being, especially since they'd run into lots of other problems, such as an increased need for food, but otherwise, Kandra in space can get big.

Okay, that might be just a LITTLE outside their range of ability.

They would have an extremely difficult time trying to sustain that kind of body, even with Feruchemical compounding, and they would also have a difficult time controlling every single part as there would be such a distance between the farthest parts of it's body that it just wouldn't be practical if even possible.
