Unsealed Identityminds Used to Create a Single-Minded Society?

If a young child were to regularly tap an Unsealed Identitymind, would it leave a lasting effect on their physical and cognitive aspects? Could a society that wanted to cultivate a certain mindset use this method to artificially change their people to better fit their standards? If a Returned were to store their Identity in and Unsealed Aluminum/Goldmind, could someone who tapped both the Identity and health inside change their physique to better match that Returned?

Not that we've seen, but we've seen almost no uses of Identity outside of UnKeying metalminds (and similar magic access/compatibility issues), and mechanics of all the spiritual metals are being RAFO'd until era3.  I think the only independent use we have is that both Blanking Identity and Tapping connection could get you a local accent, when Connection alone might not.  Everything else is all about what magics will and will not affect you.

I dont personally think the Returned shapeshifting ability is based on spiritual healing enough to be able to grant the Ability itself.  A Returned should be able to fill a boatload of them, though, but doing so might use up enough Investiture the their Divine Breath needs to eat/refuel more often.
