Nightblood and Ruin as best buds?

So, as per WoB, Nightblood's investiture is related to Ruin's investiture. If Nightblood were to meet the vessel of Ruin, what would happen? Would Nightblood be able to hurt them, or are they too similar to hurt one another? Would Nightblood be able to feed and grow on Ruin's mists?

Nightblood would do exactly what he always does. He would eat Ruin's mists, and kill Ruin's vessel if his wielder stabbed him.

I bet Ruin would like Nightblood, or at least be pleased with what it does, what with it destroying everything it touches and all. But yeah, Nightblood would probably just kill the vessel if it got the chance.
