The Great American Read: Other Worlds with Brandon Sanderson (Oct. 25, 2018) so then will her flashbacks be her time of Shadesmar? will it include her shady parts before Gavilar's death? the prologue of WoR was interesting so I am really looking forward to it, any thoughts y'all?
+Invocation Posted December 22, 2021 Posted December 22, 2021 I'm thinking at least some of it will focus around the time she spent as a kid locked into a sanitorium room or wherever that was, since she mentioned that at least once and it definitely seems to be a defining thing for her life. 1

Zoey she/her Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 I don't see much that would happen during the time in Shadesmar, all of the previous flashbacks were hinted towards before, or shown as being important to the characters. Jasnah's past was shown as important in regards to her time as a kid with the sanitorium. Her time in Shadesmar was never shown as being especially important to her as a person. 1
