Raysium conducts investiture, so could you suck out two people's souls, then stick them in each other's bodies?

I doubt it. Putting heralds into a gemstone via a raysium knife would eventually kill them. Even assuming you could suck out someone's soul with a Rasium knife, Which may be impossible, as Radiants have been stabbed with Raysium knives before, and none of them have had their souls sucked out, normal human souls cannot survive outside of their body.
