Using anti-Rhythms and Connection to create psychic attack?

If you were to create a strong Connection to an invested entity, perhaps through feruchemical Duralumin, and then hum an anti-Rhythm of their investiture type, would it cause them more harm then it would otherwise do? Could a mistborn or powerful soother who was controlling a hemalurgic construct cause them harm by attuning an anti-hemalurgy Rhythm?

Given that they both have the same associated Shard, Harmony, that might not work out too well. Preservation and Ruin's powers and Rhythms do seem to act a bit antithetical to one another, they ultimately destroyed each other via  contact, so if you know Preservation's Rhythm, that might've worked, although now both the Shards are held by the same Vessel and are combined in Harmony to some degree (see what I did there?), so that might no longer work either?
