Question

A koloss will continue to grow until they die from heart failure, but if there were koloss on Roshar (or any planet with less gravity) could they potentially grow even bigger? Could a koloss made from an iron ferring, or one that has somehow else gained access to iron feruchemy, use that ability to take much less stress on their body from gravity, thus allowing them to live longer and get bigger?

I don't see why not for either case.  heck, on Roshar we know that the greatshells have some kind of symbiotic relationship with spren that allows them to grow that big, and given enough time koloss (possibly in altered form) could maybe forge such a relationship and grow yet bigger still

I suppose another problem they might encounter is not getting enough calories or oxygen to the rest of their body if they get big enough. But fortunately, feruchemy can be used to fix those problems as well.

Honestly, I'm now imagining a 40 foot koloss giant that wreckes havoc on Elendel, and it being controlled by some insane soother villain.

A Kolloss that became a Knight Radiant could probably avoid that whole heart failure issue with stormlight too... maybe...

I'd have to double check, but I think Roshar has a higher concentration of Oxygen in its atmosphere than Scadrial so even that is better-suited for the koloss
