I was really excited, then I looked at the thing and was like This post has been reported for attempting to skirt the rules. Why does this always happen to me on goodreads?
PeterAhlstrom he/him Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 They split them funny in some countries.
KChan she/her Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 They started splitting them funny here, too; my first experience with Wheel of Time was with the YA version, From the Two Rivers. I never saw any others after that, though. Also, slightly unrelated: those covers are freaking awesome. o_o
Alliare she/her Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Yeah, here it happens the same, but only with a few volumes. In fact, there have been two different editions here. They published in the old one up to Crossroads of Twilight, which was split in two #16 and #17. The new edition is different. For example, Crossroads of Twilight is a single book, but The Eye of The World, which was a single book in the old one, is now split. According to this one, Gathering Storm is #18. ... and people ask why I read the original versions...
