I don't have any theories or good logic to back this up, but with Nightblood's appearance, Roshar seeming to have become Cosmere central for worldhoppers, and the entire human population focused on surviving Odium's onslaught, I was wondering if anyone else thinks that Kel is going to make an appearance at some point during the next 8 books?  Brandon has said that Kel never could resist meddling, and Roshar seems like the perfect place for him to make an appearance.

Whether who or what makes an appearance doesn't concern me much, since I hadn't read much of the other Cosmere books. What I find fascinating is that there were so many world-hoppers in Roshar. I think it's a sign that Odium is going to win in the end. The whole world will be destroyed and all the survivors will follow the example of their ancestors before them; namely colonise another world.

I think the reason why everyone is showing up is contained in one of the chapter headers.  Odium is a threat to the entire Cosmere.  But he's currently stuck at Roshare (or, iirc, more accurately, one of the nearby planets orbiting the same primary).  If you're going to find a way to deal with a distant threat (that may come for a visit at some point), then one of the best ways to do so is to examine it up close and personal.  And that means taking extra-planetary field trips.

Plus, we know from one of the interludes in WotK, that at least some of the visitors are specifically looking for Hoid.

Well, it seems he somehow tricked death into letting him stay as spiritual being or something.. he's basicly a ghost. Bedsheet with 2 holes in it, scaring bad behaving noble children.
Nah, i don't really know what happend to him, but WoB said he's still around somehow.

Kelsier from the Mistborn Series.

Right. Duh.

Now that I actually understand this thread...

Interesting. I don't believe there's any confirmation that he stayed around, though. He could have just gone to the Spiritual Realm whenever he wanted, as far as I understand it.
